An EMBA graduate of Sun Yatsen University, he oversees strategy across technology, investigations, and legal services. He also serves as a member of the Expert Database of Guangdong IP Protection Association and contributes to Guangdong and Guangzhou IP associations. Leo leads Chuangyin’s technology team, bringing years of experience building large‑scale data and AI systems for brand protection. Linda has 15 years of specialised experience in IP enforcement and integrated project management at Champion IPR. She leads a dedicated seven‑member team and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law at SWUPL Chongqing. Holding both Legal Professional Qualification and PMP certifications, she designs and delivers strategic, end‑to‑end brand protection solutions. Linda works closely with rights holders, law enforcement, administrative authorities, in‑house counsel, and online enforcement teams.
